• Your email address, if you type it into the free-sample form; your name, address and message if you use the contact page; and your name, address, order date and reason if you ask for a refund. They arrive through Netlify, the company that hosts this site, which keeps a copy, and are read by a person at LP3 Diet. The sample address is used to send you the sample and, now and then, news of the book; say so in any reply and it is removed.
• Spam filtering. Form submissions are checked by Akismet (Automattic Inc.), which receives the contents of the form and your IP address for that purpose only.
• Purchase information, if you buy the book. The payment is taken by Link, the checkout service run by Stripe, which is the seller of record and keeps its own records under its own privacy policy. Your card details go to Link and Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site. LP3 Diet sees the order: your name, email address, billing country and postal code, and what you bought. It uses them to deliver the book, answer questions about the order and keep the accounts. When you open your download page, the site asks Stripe whether the order was paid; nothing about the visit is stored.
• Email you send us, which is kept in LP3 Diet’s mailbox (Google Workspace) for as long as it is needed to answer you.
• Standard server logs kept by Netlify, which hosts the site, and which may include IP address and browser type.

No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies, no data brokers. Your address is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.

The typefaces are served from this site. No request goes to Google Fonts or any other font service when a page loads.

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the address below. If you are in the EU or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR; if you are in California, under the CCPA. Requests are answered within 30 days.

This site is not directed at anyone under 16 and does not knowingly collect their information.
