Asking for a refund
If the book is not right for you, you can ask for your money back within seven days of buying it. This is how it works.
Fill in the form below with the email address you bought with, and tell us what did not work for you. Every request is read by a person and answered within two business days. Often it is something we can put right — a file that will not open on your reader, or the cooking half would have suited you better — and we will offer that first.
If you would still like your money back, reply and say so. The full price, including any tax you paid, goes back to your card, normally within five to ten business days, and your download page closes.
Two conditions. Because a download cannot be taken back, we ask you to confirm that you have deleted your copies. And each buyer can have one change-of-mind refund.
A damaged file or a missing download is different. If a file will not open, or your download page never appeared, you do not need this form or the seven days: write to hello[at]lp3diet.com and it will be fixed, sent again or refunded.
